1977 85 hp Johnson Running rough

I finally have the unit running , but its running rough, Does anyone have a diagram of the points , and instructions how to replace ? or the site to get the information.

Also, noticed that when I took the fly wheel off the key was sheared perhaps the fly wheel off a little, could this caused the rough running ?

Any help appreciated.

I don't think you have points, I think there is a senor under the flywheel that takes the place of the points.
Yes, a particaly sheared flywheel key could cause timing problems. I would replace the flywheel key and see how it runs. Make sure you torque the flywheel to proper spec, 105 ft lbs I think. Make sure the crank and flywheel are clean.
