Telltale water stream is usually not much more than the thermostat setting. Approximately 120-140 degrees. Should be able to hold hand in water stream. Of course it starts out a lot cooler.<br /><br />Try running a wire into the telltale opening to see if there are obstructions.<br /><br />Then remove thermostat and try flushing the block out with a garden hose.<br /><br />Next step is a new waterpump.
