1977 Johnson gas/oil questions

Hi there,<br /><br />I just purchased a 1977 6 hp Johnson. <br /><br />Model: 6RL77M<br />Serial: J4733103<br /><br />Can you tell me the type of oil I should use and the recommended gas/oil mixture ratio?<br /><br />Thanks!

Any good outboard 2 cylce oil with Twc 3 in it mixed 50:1 with 87 octane gas. Welcome to iboats.

TCW-3 is a testing standard, not an ingredient ...

I must start proofreading my posts. I meant tcw 3 on it, meaning the bottle.
