I'm doing a little brain picking here.
the outboard on my boat has a 6 amp charging system, I am planning on installing a marine radio, a HAM radio and a CB, but with a 6 amp charging system, how does that keep the battery charged when your running lights, radios, ect, ect?
and has anyone heard of "Kopr-Shield" it's a copper coating for electrical connections, apparently it's used by Fiat for their aluminum wiring connections.
also, is there a way to get more then 6 amps out of the charging system on these older Evinrudes, my 10 horse only puts out 4 amps, that ain't much in my view, and less the the 115 horse motor.
