1978 115hp Johnson Telltale modification

A while back I remember reading about a mod to move the telltale hose up on the engine to prevent air getting trapped in the upper starboard side. Can someone point me to the SB; I cannot find it.

The 1978 really does not require the modification but, you can run a longer hose looped over the top of the block.
