Does anyone remember Starcraft making a Low-profile California style Jetboat in the late 70's to about 1980?I believe it was 20' in length and power was supplied by a choice of big block Chev or Ford running through a Berkley Jet-drive.I seem to recall it being on the backpage of the 1979 brochure.Apparently it was a design that won the famous Rio Balsas Marathon in the mid-seventies.I would love to hear any info/pictures about this boat.

I would too. I have a 21 1/2' Holiday mach IV with an aftermarket eliminator jet on 1974. But eliminator jet drive, made in Lewiston, Idaho put that in. It is not related to the elimantor boat which has a Berkeley jet drive. I have heard of a few others like mine which were made for Hell's canyon. It has a double hull on bottom. I've seen one other for sale after I bought mine, and heard about another one. I feel all alone here with a jet drive. Information on others would be nice.
