1978 85 hp johnson tilts down but wont go up

Helllo everyone, my Johnson wont tilt up ...the motor runs good both ways, and the trim works great both ways, fluid is full (Motor all the way up)...it will tilt down smooth...trim down smooth....trim up smooth...then when tilt up is engaged it wont go up...if I help it , it goes up I dont really have to lift very hard and it goes up...slowly ...but up...ANy help or suggestions you guys have would be greatly appreciated....thanx...possible o rings on trim sleeves or pistons?....just a thought..as Ive pretty much checked everything else

Probably low on fluid ... check the manual for filling and purging air out.
