by that I don't mean it's not working, I mean it really doesn't have one. there is a hole in the case for one. to me it looks like the water is coming out two holes just below the cowling in the middle of the lower case. must admit I have never seen this before. your thoughts.
thx

Look down on the block by the CDI box. The Elbow will be screwed into the bottom of the block by the transfer port cover. You could have a 74-76 block that somebody replaced. Somebody broke the elbow off and it is a PIA to replace without pulling the motor. Or somebody just did not like there motor peeing all the time. Take a pic of where the elbow is supposed to be.

The water blowing out those exhaust relief ports is all you really need. Unless you just like to watch it pee.

I just thought it was strange and maybe the motor had parts on it that were from an earlier time when they didn't have the pee hole. the water coming out of the exhaust port is warm but definitely not hot as you would expect from a pee hole.i don't see any place where anything can screw into the block by the cdi.

The pee hole stream will not get hot on that motor. Not under the cdi , by the transfer port cover be right at the bottom .take a pic. If you are standing at the back of the motor around the corner from the cdi box. It is very low.

The water from the pee hole often does not even go through the motor.-----So that water does not get hot.

It bleeds off a bit of water before it enters the powerhead. The rest of the water continues on through the powerhead.
