THought I'd share a few pics of my latest acquisition....
She's a 1978 16 foot VIP V6 J model ( notice the rear molded seats area that designates this as the "J".
This 1978 model year was actually built in July of 1979 according to Bill Parker ( Founder of VIP boat company )
I spoke with him on the phone yesterday. 8)
And that's a 1978 Johnson Sea Horse 85 hp V-4 on the back that purrs like a kitten.....
There's not a lot of work to do to this beauty, and I'll be posting pictures of my progress as I bring her back to like new condition.
