New to iboats here, but reading some posts, you seem like a fun and knowledgable group. So-transom rot...drilled a small hole in the lower portion of the transom and watched water pour out for quite some time. The hammer trick goes "thud" all over the transom, although it still seems very stiff, even when rocking the Yamaha 150 on the back. SO-who's got experience replacing or repairing this?
