1979 65hp Evinrude peters out underload Baffeled

rebuilt carbs, checked all electrical componets, will idle all day with a slight miss then ou will hear it kick and run smooth etc acts like electrical but has good spark on all 3 cylinders, compression is even at 150 all the way down
put it in gear and act like not firing on all 3 just peters out any ideas what to check? thanks in advance

Could you post your model#, can't find any cross reference for a 1979 65 hp.
You might try using an inductive timing light to find the missfiring cylinder when it starts to miss at low speed.

Its actually a 1985 according to the model # E65WMLCO any suggestions? fuel pump? all though its getting plenty of fuel when I remove fuel line from pump

I would still use a timing light to check spark on the cylinders while it is acting up. Are you running surface gap plugs, if so you might try switching to the center electrode type plugs.

should be set at 19 degrees BTDC ?
