1979 Bayliner 2550 Command Bridge Electrical Harness

I recently purchased a 79 2550 Command Bridge. Upon digging into it the wiring harness is all cut up with butt connectors every five feet or so. This is dragging down my amperage throughout the whole boat. Does anyone know where I could find a new wiring harness?

It will be almost impossible to get a new harness, and it would cost a fortune anyway. Fortunately, you don't really need one. Purchase spools of wire in the proper colors and simply bypass the bad stuff.
