I took it all apart to clean the carb and when I was putting it back together I ran into a very short ground (black) jumper.
It ran from the bolt that holds on the gas receptor on the outside of the bottom motor cover, and then to the bracket that holds the starter?
Is this right, I have tried to see this jumper on the parts diagram but cant decipher which one is it.
If it does indeed go from the bolt that holds the gas connector to a bolt that holds the starter bracket, then what point is it serving?
thanks, and the reason I ask is because I didnt positively know where it ran, so I left it undone. The jumper is only about 4 inches long maybe.
