Looking at the front throat of the carb, the idle set screw is located in the upper right hand face of the carb on most of the motors.

That screw is the lean/rich screw, and the idle is set when the Link & sync of the motor is done, You will need to do the link & sync for everything to be set correctly. Manuals covering that motor can be bought here on IBoats or at most dealers. You should have a manual if you need to do most any work on the motor. JMO

The manual should tell how to set the roller on the cam of the car, for setting the idle speed as that linkage also sets the timing so the motor is in sync for the best operation. The cam should have a mark on it where the roller should be when set. There are other items that might have to be set also. This procedure should be done anytime that the carb has been worked on usually. JMO

Ok idle is good but it seems to sneeze when at low idle ,that means I need to adjust my lean to rich adjustment right

The idle mixture screw should be set on the rich side so the motor will have enough fuel to the point of where the fixed high speed jet takes over fuel delivery to the motor. A sneeze when at idle can be caused by several different things other than the carb setting. Bad fuel, plugs, coils, and plug wires are just a few that can cause the trouble. I use NKG BUHW plugs in all my motors and a can of Sea Foam in the gas as directed on the can. I would try the Sea Foam and new plugs to see if it helps. It may take some time of running before you see any difference, but it only takes about a 20 minute time frame to help clean the carb and pistons. JMO
