1979 mckee 17ft help with thru hull connectors

my mckee has two thru hull drains that are brass they are 3 or so inchs long
do i use plastic or can i get the brass and if so whats with the install on the brass? thanks for any info

Brass is going to much easier to find. Lengths up to 6" are readily available.
I have a 14' McKee - took me two months to find a plastic one long enough for the bilge pump.
Use 3M 5200 when installing the new one.

on the brass one do ya just cut to size then use 5200 or they two piece
will do some looking around hows your mckee comeing post a pick when ya in the water ill post mine here soon been running it we boat all year here
