I am attemping to ship a 1979 115 Merc outboard from NY to WA. Does anyone know how much those motors weigh? Or if anyone has any good ideas on shipping, I am interested. Thanks
i shipped a 76 1150 merc from tampa to salt lake city via www.forwardair.com for 310.41, but that is from terminal to terminal. you have to drop it off and pick it up at each airport.<br /><br />you also have to crate it or strap it to a pallet yourself, but all that elbow grease sure saved me a hunk of change!!! <br /><br />$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
