Since this motor is new to me, I'm trying to iron out all of the kinks. Today I noticed that every now and then a drop of fuel would drip from the throttle shaft where it sticks out the bottom of the carb where the spring is attached. First I thought it was leaking from the bowl at the gasket. I removed the carb, and checked it over. It doesn't seem to be from the bowl. I'm pretty sure it is coming from the throttle shaft. I wondering if it is just a little excess fuel collecting around the throttle shaft inside the carb then working its way out the bottom. Is it common to drip a little fuel in these carbs? Should I be concerned?

Just rebuilt carb. I think it may have been running a little rich. Since my first post I checked timing. It was out about 5 degrees. Took it out for a 45 minute run yesterday, and it ran much smoother. Looks like there were no drips either.
