I have a rack and pinion steering and my steering was working fine until all the sudden it became really difficult to steer right. In no wake areas I can turn both directions but as soon as I throttle up it gets harder and harder to steer right. At WOT it dang near won't steer right with me pulling on the steering wheel as hard as I can. I've been reading up on it and I'm guessing either my actuator needs to be balanced or I need a new actuator assembly. Does anyone have directions on how to balance a power steering control valve? Or any ideas on what is causing this? Thanks
