I kind of doubt it. My 1970 silverline didn't have any wood in it, but that was because it rotted out. Silverline didn't do a lot of changing of how it did things in the 70s up until it went out of business. I find it very unlikely that a vintage Silverline is wood free, but it would be cool to find out for sure.<br /><br />If you go to

The current Silverline is a completely different entity, with no ties or relation to the old Silverline. I will also tell you that Silverline tri-hulls are not blisteringly fast (unless you put a huge engine on them), but they ride and handle very well, easily as well as a V-hull of comparable length and weight.
