1980 19' Silverline Cuddy Cab.Tot.weight?

Hi,
I won a bid on Ebay for Silverline Cuddy Cab.when I went to p/u the boat,the thing is huge,but great looking.My problem is the seller has no idea of the total weight of boat and or trailer.I own a 05 Saturn Vue 6 V AWD
with towing power of max 3500.Am I out of $3000?Any idea how much this boat and trailer weighs.Thanks Pat

Look at your hull I.D. plate...it will tell you the weight of your craft alone. Then take your boat and trailor to a public scale to determine total weight. The other factor is what is the max tongue weight capacity of your hitch
