hi again i have a johnson 7.5 hp outboard that i cracked the swival bracket iam going to purchase a manual tomarrow my question is if i find a new one can i change this myself or do i need a professional to do iam somewhat mechanical lol how many hrs does this take to do yhanks for all your help in the past
