1980 Evinrude 4.5 hp E5RCSS - Tilt Lock

I just purchased a 1980 Evinrude 4.5 hp, model E5RCSS outboard. I can not figure how to to lock the motor in the "up" tilt position (as would would position it when trailering or not in use).

The reverse lock works fine.

Does this model lock in the "up" tilted position, and if so, how?

Looked at the print, and I don't see a tilt lock.
