Does anyone have a good source for Sunrunner parts? I have a 1980 Sunrunner Cabin Cruiser and I’m trying to source some parts like throttle handles and a steering wheel and new dash replacement, and a handful of other misc parts; I can’t seem to find anything online or anyone that really sells any replacement parts. I’m new to the whole boating world, so I’m not really sure where to look. How interchangeable are the parts, can I just buy a generic new throttle handle setup to replace my old ones and just mount it or do I need to find specific ones for my boat?

Depending on what engine/control you have you should be able to find replacments. Same with steering wheels. Anything that is part of the hull/upholstery/physical structure of the boat it's unlikely. You'll have to find something that retrofits. Pics will be handy.

the helm controls would have come with the motor/drive. if you have a mercruiser, you have quicksilver controls. if you have Volvo-Penta, it was most likely Morse controls

the steering would have been teleflex (now seastar)

boat manufacturers only make the hull. they then buy a motor/drive package with controls and order a specific length of control cables for the particular boat.

they get the gauges from whom ever the engine manufacturer was aligned with at that time. (used to be Teleflex, now its VeeThree and Faria)

they then buy the windshield from Taylor Made Systems, the hardware, wipers, lights, etc. from a NMMA consortium of marine hardware vendors, either have the wiring harness, dash and upholstery done in-house, or they buy it from a local company.

the dash you will have to re-make yourself
