1981 470 trim pump questions

New but feel old. I have 1981 Mercruiser 470, water cooled VR, big heat exchanger, Pre-Alpha all the way (I think). Boat sat up a few years but engine and drive now running great after carb ( Rochester 2GC) rebuild. Now attacking smaller probs. Focus now on tilt/trim pump. Merc part 88475AT (Prestolite, I believe). Took unit out of boat and took off bottom of res and distribution block. Gasket is bad and one Oring was squashed. <br />Need advice on finding parts and maintenance procedures for pump.<br />The reason I took it off was lots of leaking at bottom of unit. When full, it would work for a day, then quit, as in no fluid left to move cylinders.<br />Also have a bad bellows on shift cable. Any thoughts here as well.<br /><br />What a great forum.
