Put my Victoria in the water yesterday. She ran well and everthing seemed to function as it should. She has a 260 mercruiser. I was able to get about 25 mph at about 4200 RPM. Does this seem about right for this boat? It was windy and pretty rough; She cut through it very well.

I will pay more attention to the tach next time out. It may have been closer to 4400. I will also check out the prop pitch next time she is out of the water. I figure she is 6500 - 7000 lbs. How much does yours weigh and what pitch prop do you use?

We used to have that exact same boat. Getting 25MPH on that is pretty good.
