1982 16ft SS rebuild

Picked up this StarCraft from a friend and will be tearing it down and rebuilding it. I did the transom a couple years ago so it's good, the floor however isnt. Also the motor doesn't run, has some electrical issues and has been pieced together so I have to figure out what to do with it

Nice to see another SS get brought back. Looks like some mods were made, front deck with hatches and a single console. You have any special plans for the rebuild?

Once I have a floor in it, I'll have a better idea of the layout. Toying with some different ideas
