My 35 johnson cuts out at any speed other than idle, it is intermittent and feels just like a clutch dog slipping. I checked the clutch/gear everything looks good,not even real shiny. I have replaced the rectifier, and the power pack. Other than this the motor runs great, but I don't have a clue since I can't get it to occur except under a load.
