I had a problem with it last summer, but fixed it by replacing the coil-pacs now this winter another problem occurred, seams to run fine other than a little miss, but runs good at full-throttle for the first mile going down the river, then shuts down as if it"s not getting enough gas, will then only run about 1 third speed, i have changed fuel tanks mid river no luck. I can take the cowling off and manuely rev the motor, but not with the tiller handle. Have cleaned the plugs and carb with power-tune. Motor always starts and idles good, but won't throttle up after it gets run for about a mile. Can anybody tell me where to start looking? I'm kinda green with boat-motors, any help is appreciated
