1982 catalina 25 fixed keel

Looking into purchasing a 1982 catalina 25 foot with a fixed keel. From the Pictures boat looks good, but I was wondering if this is a good boat and what to look out for on this boat. any known issues with the hull or keel bolts, or deck compression issues? things of this nature.

Just like on a laptop, the brighter the screen, the more energy it is burning. Decrease the screen brightness and you'll get more play.
