I bought this bought a while back and it is in good structural condition. I fixed the motor, rebuilt seats, new carpet, new wiring lights. Now i am trying to make it look good. I cleaned it so i could wax it and noticed that someone has painted on side with bottom paint. Its flat and rough looking. Is there any way this can be removed without costing me a fortune? I dont mind elbow grease or lots of work if it will save me money but i dont know what to use to get it off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No worries.
Get some paint stripper made for fiberglass at your local boat supply
