I have seen the boat and almost positive that I am going to buy it however, I do not know if I am going to be able to tow it. Right now I have a single axel trailer that was previously holding a 1987 Citation Caprice 195. The boat was a cuddy cabin with a 4cyl volvo and had a spungy deck. The previous owner said the he also had a 21ft boat on the trailer as well. Do you think I will be okay towing with this? The boat is only being towed 15 miles.

Also towing with a 2001 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x4. I know that people say this truck is to small to tow with but I was pulling the last boat in and out of the water and I never had the slightest trouble. I usually put the truck into 4 low and its fine, would locking the rear dif help even more?

I want to tow the Pro Line 22. I dont not know the the weight of the boat and am having trouble finding it.

The other boats spoken about are what was previously on the trailer. I spoke of them to give you an idea of what the trailer previously held and as a comparison to what I wish to put on the trailer.

Still no help. What size tires are on this trailer? You need to determine the weight of the boat and all the gear, full of fuel, and other stuff you typically haul. Remember, the trailer is also weight so you need to add that (use 900# as an estimate). You then look the tire sidewall to determine the tire size and it's maximum load capacity. Multiply the capacity by two (two tires) and that is the maximum load the trailer can carry. As for the rear differential lock, I didn't realize the Tacoma had a manually lockable rear diff. If traction posses a problem, lock it.
