1983 2HP Evinrude SeaHorse

I have come across a outboard that was my father's and rarely used. My guess is probably 10 hrs... I am going to be selling it and wanted to know what a fair price would be. The motor hasn't run since probably '91. I'm sure it needs a carb rebuild etc by someone that knows these engines but otherwise in great shape.
Can anyone help with information...
