1983 7.5HP Power Head Gasket Replacement

I'm replacing the water tube bushing at the power head and replacing the gaskets. Does anyone know they torque specs on the power head bolts and do I need to coat the gaskets with any sealant?

Mercury 7.5HP
SN 6333154

PH to Adapter gasket = 18-0385
Adapter to mid section gasket = 2739050

1/4-20 bolts, right?
15-20 ft-lb.
No sealant.

I believe that is correct... 1/4-20. Appreciate the feedback! Let's see if it will run.
