it looks mint, buying from the guy that bought new, just didnt know if their was any known issues with these, as for the engine i know its volvo and inline, i assume inline 6
I would water test it before buying if possible. And/or have it check by a mechanic. you can put another $1000 into that drivetrain in no time depending on its condition. At that age, you never know. Good Luck!

its inline 4, 18ft cuddy, never had i/o, so i wanted to make sure isnt anything i shouldf be checking, im coming from a 9.9 pontoon boat, lol, dunno much about the trim either, any sugg would be great help
Can't believe you found a 1 owner. What maintainence has the owner done to it over the years? I'm betting pride in ownership really shows as he was able to hang on to it all these years. Post some pics if and when you buy it. We're the first owners of an original 84 BL Capri and the mere fact it is still floating much less is still 90% like new says a lot. Those old BL's are more basterdized than any boat I've heard of but they are great when they were maintained.
i cant load my pics for some reason, im 2nd owner have a whole bag full of papers, mostly winterization each year, and i seen new prop, new impeller and thermostat, sits @ 180 in drive on muffs hope thats not to hot, taking it out tomm 1st time
