1983 enrichment vale

I have been asking for help with a 1983 enrichment vale the replacement vale it not the same at the 1983 vale the old one can be ajusted to let a small amount of fuel run thru the new one is not ajustable. this is the 3nd time I have asked.
If I as not asking the right question or something please tell methe first one is the new one and the other is the old one.
if you look you can tell there is no ajustment on the new one.

The old one's unscrewed to allow fuel for manual starting ,the new ones just have a button and press in to allow fuel to pass. The new on will work and the old one is not adjustable as it has to be screwed shut to run.
