1983 Evinrude 115 hp Mystery Screw

I removed the carbs from my '83 115hp Rude and soaked them, pulled the bowls off, sprayed everything I could, blew it all out with air. After reassembly I had this screw left over. To me it looks like one of the screws on the side of the bowls. I vaguely recall perhaps finding a random screw in that area when I removed the carbs. I've looked and looked and can't see where it would go. The only carb disassembly I did was take the bowls off. Any idea's?

With the o-ring on it this is obviously a plug for access to the jets on the side of the bowl.

You would normally take those screws out for access to the jets for proper cleaning !

ok,then that explains it, I DID find it when removing the carbs. And I guess I didn't do a proper cleaning lol.
