1983 Evinrude 25 HP...what is this fluid leaking down the side?

I drained the lower unit oil and found water inside so figured I would order the seals and a new impeller and sort the entire issue out. No big deal. I let the motor sit on the stand while waiting for parts then came down to this (see picture). What is this oil coming out of that small hole?

Probably because this site upgrade still has many flaws.
If its dark, it probably just old unburnt two stroke fuel mix, quite normal thats why they are banned in many lakes overseas
