1983 Force 85 HP water pump ID.

I want to replace my water pump but am having trouble finding one, Iboats says the parts are unavailable, W.Marine has 2 different ones but I'm not sure if either one will work, would prefer to get a kit instead of just an impeller. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you use part number F523065-1? It seems this is the same impeller used from 83 to early 90's on Force 85 HP and 125 HP. Iboats has it but uses a generic part number for Sierra 18-3030 and also for the Mallory brand. Here's a link. http://www.iboats.com/mall/partfind...gd_poid=242422&gd_row=24&session_id=108325114

Note the compatible Chrysler Force part numbers and one of them is the F523065-1 which OEM part number for your motor.
