starts every time idle fine shift into gear bogs way down to stall,restart will only move at idle (good trolling) speed no increasing of speed cause it will stall primer ball does go soft after start ,pump up while running does not help got an old 6 gallon metal fuel tank ,after use it does not relieve pressure like it used to open cap and nothing no fizzle of released air is there a vent if so where seems ventless is there an inline screen in pick up line but,even after start up tried operating throttle manually does not pick up either tries to but just a little higher sputter 10-30 seconds and stalls is it fuel delivery ,dirty carbs where to start ?? got new plugs in it this summer ist time on water all year ran well in driveway barrrel any ideas ty you all red skies
