So I bought a 115 mercury top. It seams that I've been replacing lots of wires. I changed the stator with a brand new one for $270.00. The wires off the original were literally dust. It runs good but I noticed when replacing the stator. The fuel/oil line for the top crank bearing was broken off aND badly cracked. I cut back the line a bit and put it back on. But how much of a pain is it to remove the electrical mounting bracket, without disturbing all the wires to redo the crank bearing oiler tube.

Fairly easy if you ask me.-----It just goes from a check valve on the bottom to the top bearing.------May not have to move the panel very far at all.
