1983 Mercury 70 hp telltale

it seems all of the water going through my engine wants to come out of the telltale.... The pressure coming out of it is unreal any thoughts? SERIAL 6382757

yes seems to be little to no water coming from there. the flow from the telltale is like a firehose lol.
