1983 Mercury 80hp

Can anyone tell me if the 83 Merc 80hp was crankshaft rated or prop ? If crankshaft what hp did it have at the prop ? Thanks in advance.....

I wanted to hear 70hp as my boat is rated for 70hp max LOL..........
