1983 SeaHorse need parts help

i have an Sea horse motor im pretty sure its and 1983. the model number is VWH 52299A. Serial number 18X 21615. and it is a 9.9. Im having a real hard time finding anything about these or where i can get parts, i am in need of a new Carb, was told that the rebuild kit doesnt have one of the parts that it needs, Any info would be so much help...Thanks

You need to get the name right first, Andy. The model number you present is a Sea King, not a Sea Horse.
