On your first post the side view shows two warter outlets, one in the stern area another at about the water level half way between the bow and the stern. Is there a live well in there? or what pumps water out thru the hole????

The one at the stern is for the bilge. I'm going to use the same outlet for that. The one lower down, about mid-ship, was for the old stock livewell location. I'm going to plug that one somehow and relocate the outlet for the new livewell location on the other side. I decided to buy new pumps for both the livewell and the bilge instead of re-using the old ones. I went with the Mayfair 500gph cartridge series and could swap the cartridges in the event of an emergency bilge pump failure. I also removed the tiny splashwell bilge access and put in a much larger access hatch. You can see part of the old one in the second photo, beneath the engine in the splashwell. It was barely big enough to get a hand through. I'll show photos of the new one later on.
