Hi, I'm looking for a place to get a replacement shift cable OMC part number 982563. Anyone know where I may get one an after market one, or a place with a discounted price. Thanks- Iceman

Yeah I was looking for the same cable. GLM makes the aftermarket. OMC has a six month wait and a 350+ price tag. just type "OMC shift cable 982563" into your search engine. boatsandcarparts.com has the glm for around 275.
