I just redone the carb on this. Going to change the plugs now. Fuel mix is 50:1. It took a bit to get motor running. I seated the slow speed needle valve in. Then backed it off 1 n half turns. Idled rough. Stalls out on . Not sure what the problem is. If I keep the motor wide open she runs. She will wind up n then idle back down. My water in drum has a lot of oil in it. Coils shot?? N not burning the fuel. going to change plugs now. New gear oil, n fresh fuel. It's premium gas. Any help will be great. Thanks. It's a E4BRCRM.

Ok changing the plugs worked on the oil in the water. Still wondering on the slow idle needle.

1 1/2 out is the initial setting. Adjust clockwise (leaner) about 1/8 turn at a time, letting the motor catch up. When you get a lean sneeze (sounds like a light backfire), turn c.clockwise 1/4 turn -- should be close to proper setting.
