There is really nowhere near enough information here to discuss the value of the boat.
I also can't comment specifically about the website, but repo'ed boats need to scrutinized very carefully before considering purchase. I also wonder how an '84 Bayliner could even BE a repo, i.e. I can't see how a bank or other lending institution would have given someone a secured loan on one in the past 10 or 15 years.
