I have a 1984 Johnson VRO70 thats stalls sometimes when i accelerate. It lasts for about 5 minutes of starting then stalling on acceleration. Then it goes away and runs great for 30 minutes or so. I brought it to a very reputable shop and they rejetted it and replace the VRO pump. Next time I took it out it ran flawless for and hour or so, then the same problem. It seems if I disconncet the fuel line from the motor right after the promlems, no fuel spirrts out. I pump the ball, plug back in and runs good (most of the time) Your help would be appreciated cause my kids get mad at me when there stuck in the water on a tube while if fiddle with this.

THANKS, STEVE MATSON
