1984 Lund 16 ft, 70 evenrude steering cable part

The cable is stuck it is rack type with the 4 bolts holding the rack to the steering colum. I cant seem to see part number on cable. Can somone help me with part# to order here or whole new steering system for boat and motor? Are all the cable motor ends that go in tilt shaft the same length and diameter. I'm knew at this.

Steering cables and helms are universal. The Teleflex steering system page will explain how to measure for a new steering cab;e. I would recommend a new helm and cable, especially if steering cable and helm are original to boat..
