1984 Mariner 50hp / Thermostate?

put a new impeller in it, the old was was gone!! it's cycling water good but the water is warm , not like other motors , does not over heat ran it all day yesterday. is there a Thermostat on this motor, its a 1984 4cylinder 50hp CDI

Its normal for the water to be warm.
